Tankspot posted their new video guide to the Northrend Beasts encounter in 10 man ToC.  Please go watch it as soon as possible.  Remember, it's the raid leader's job to make assignments and recap the strategy for each encounter, but each of you are responsible for researching the encounter ahead of time so that you are familiar with the the abilities and phases of each boss.

25-man Naxx, EoE, and OS are now puggable.  You are encouraged to run these instances as necessary  in order to gear yourself for progression.

We would like to remind everyone that while we are a "casual" raiding guild, we are still a raiding guild.  We don't mind if real-life responsibilities prevent you from being able to raid every night, but when you do raid you should be prepared.  Please bring flasks and stat food to every raid.  Please repair your gear and have your toon at the summoning stone by the raid invite time (15 minutes prior to the raid start time.)  Also, make sure your gear is gemmed and enchanted properly or you will not be allowed to attend the raid (we will allow a grace period of one day to acquire enchants for new upgrades).

We will be attempting to recruit some new players over the next couple of weeks to fill out our roster.  We are looking for knowledgeable players with a good attitude who currently have Naxx-10 (or better) gear.  If you know someone that you think would be a good fit for the guild, please have them sign-up on the website and fill out an application.
